I just send e-mail to Sri Veluri gaaru for which he graciously responded.
I just bought this May from Vishaalandra book store in Anantaput for Rs.
350/- which I remember published by the telugu university - but it is 4
volume set. Since I mailed them by sea mail, along several other books
which I bought, I have not yet received, and have no way of checking the
publisher. Generally each volume specifies the range of letters covered.
Yet, I agree it is tedious to look for words, and more frustrating is after
all that not to find the word one is looking for. I have the
Sabdaratnaakaram here, but 90% of the time I cannot find the words I am
looking for in that. But one good thing about Sabdaratnaakaram is that it
gives part or full poem where the word was used in classics. May be it is
true with the other nighantuvu also.
Madhav, who is not any more in the net, mentioned couple of times about the
on-line dictionary with Rachita. I think Sri Choudary gaaru also mentioned
about it. I am not sure how good it is, and if it comes with thesaurus or
not. Any body has the latest version of Rachita and experience?
Hari Om!
