There is Shabda ratnAkaramu by bahujanapalli seetAramAchAryulu. 
While soorya rAyAndhra is comprehensive I found it really inconvenient
to search. It is spread over 8 books. Ususally when you are searching
for a meaning you are interested in more than one word and having to
go through 8 volumes is a real mess. I wish they print on a thinner
paper and a smaller print to compress it to fewer volumes.

Even if you buy soorya rAya for exhaustive reference, I would
recommend a single volume nighanTuvu like Shabda ratnAkaramu for
handy reference.
