Hi,
 Can somebody suggest me a good Telugu to Telugu or Telugu to
English Nighantuvu. I am planning to get one from India. Or is there any 
plave where I can get one.

 The best nighanTuvu is still the only one we have! It is the 
 sooryaraayaandhra nighantuvu, published by the telugu university.
 I heard they have reprinted it.
 
 It is in 8 volumes in bulk and very inexpensive!
 
 If you want a telugu to english or english to telugu dictionary,
 there are two I know.
 
 One is the recently revised version by C P Brown. The english to
 telugu and telugu to english versions, both are quite good. 
 
 There is another one by P. Sankaranarayana, which has been also
 been revised.
 
 All these are available with any reputable bookseller in Hyderabad.
 
 Try Visalandhra Book Store. I know they have them!
