Sometime back, I wrote about Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan who resigned from
IAS to work towards bring out constitutional reforms in India. Several of
you have expressed an interest in learning more about him.
Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan is expected to be in U.S.A. in the first
week of November. He may have about 5 to 7 days available to travel,
meet people and exchange ideas. If you are interested in hosting him
