I still have to find out the reasons for this. For commercial
publishing companies printing books is not a charitable thing.
They obviously look for profits. The more readers they get for
the books the more they can sell.
poojya vEloori Raogaru, is there any similarity between
lAkshaNikas and modern days market research guys who advice writers
as what will attract large number of readers? Just thinking...

seeks his computer's opinion about how successful his novel wouldbe.
It applies a kind of formula.
Even film producers apply formulae in order to get their picture
as a box office hit. Guess what is the formula :
