As Tata Prasad said, some other people may be adding/revising the information
he posted with reference to poet Ghaddar.
As far as the poem that has the refrain "nAzeela mincinavurO, naijAmu
sarkarODA" is, I believe, written during the early fifties, when
atrocities were being perpetrated in the telangANA region by razAkArs.
I am almost sure it is written by the telangANA poet, kALOjee nArAyaNa rAv.
Perhaps Ghaddar modified/popularized it during the naxalite struggles;
though I fail to understand who he would be addressing as "nAijAmu
sarkarODA".
