Let me give you two reasons why this proposal bother me.
1. Can good (creative) writing be taught?
2. Does good writing techniques described in English books necessarily
apply to Telugu writing?
If you are talking about technical writing in Telugu, I agree with you on
the first point. But still the second point needs to be addressed.
The above proposal (getting some points from English books) seems to
me like an ad hoc solution.
