Last year being the centenary year of his birth, a souvenir was
released by the centenary celebrations committee under the editorship of
bhamiDipaaTi raamagOpaalam. The souvenir, 160 pages in size, includes 23
full color reproductions of baapiraaju's paintings, and several articles
describing baapiraaju as a person, and chronicling and evaluating his
work. There are several black and white reproductions of his paintings as
well besides a 'fascimile' (in his own handwriting) printing of some of his
previously unpublished poems. This book is a real keepsake. If you are
interested in either Telugu literature or Telugu art, this is a book
worth keeping in your library.
