pAnakamlO puDaka, vaDla ginjalO biyyapu ginja, ...

My previous post, where I quoted SreeSree's review where he said "nAyani
subbA rAvu modaTa 'sAhiti' lOnU, taravAta 'jayanti'lOnU tana manOhara
mahOnnata prAmaSRtulu vinipincADu.", spawned an off-the-net inquiry as to
what the word "prAmaSRtulu" means.

I didn't connect it with my transcription initially. I was trying to
breakdown the word etymologically, and figure out the meaning. What does it
have to do with "prA" which means prAceena, eons ago, from time
immemorial,...and "SRutulu", which mean the vEdas, and what is the "ma"
doing in between! WOuld have spent time along these lines, and at home with
the dictionary, if it didn't suddenly dwn on me that I made a typo! It
should have been

        prEmaSrutulu

Coming back to the main intent of that post, I still think that

        soudha-sudhalaku-vinta-souru goorci

reads exceedingly well, as a genuine seesa-padya line. But it does violate
the rules. So what's a certified SPDCB-guy to do? Is there a place one can
post an appeal for a "variance" of the regulations? Any co-signers?

PS: Lest vElUri etal exaggeratedly celebrate the premature demise of a
persistent exponent of chandas, I will state that this is an exception,
that may at worst, prove the rule. You violate one of the dozen (or so)
rules for kanda padyam, (page 152, anantam by SreeSree, SSSS-Vol 20,
1986Edn) and one can read it aloud and spot where the flaw-in-the-flow is.
