Exactly! I don't think one needs a copyright to quote from a literary 
work as part of a discussion. 
I think it would be a great thing to be able to , say, request PSRK 
gAru to post an excerpt from manu caritraM, or nyAyapati vAsu gAru to 
post an excerpt from afsar's poetry. 
All we are asking for is a list of resource persons who agree to post 
excerpts on request. The only intellectual (or material) property 
involved is that of the concerned resource person, and not of the 
original author.

I vote an 'aye' to the proposal.
