---rAGavapAMDavIyaM by pimgaLi sUrana (1560).
This rAGavapAMDavIyam is a poetry with full of dual meanings. This is an
exceptional piece as it contains the amalgamation of both Ramayana and
Bharatam. It is easy to obtain dual meaning words in Sanskrit but such task in
Telugu is very difficult. That is what Pimgali Surana said in his above poem.
In order to provide dual-meaning words, Pimgali Surana followed 6 types of
Rules and these rules were explained by him as follows:
"AmdhraBAshA saMskRtABiBAshA SlEsha yokkokka cOTa nokkokka cOTa (1)
nucita SabdaSlEsha yokkokka cOTa nardha SlEsha yokkokka taRini muKya (2)
gauNavRtti SlEsha GaTana yokkokka taRi nardhAnvayamu vEReyagucu nuniki (3)
SabdAnvaya viBEdasaMgati yokkokka taRinivi yokkokka taRini reMdu (4)
mUDu gUDuTayana samujjvalamu gAga nAku dOcinagati bekku bOkalamara (5)
rAma BArata kadhalu paryAya dRshTi jUcu sumatula kErpaDa nAcariMtu" (6)
---rAGavapAMDavIyam (piMgaLi sUrana, 1560).
The 6 rules are:
(1) AmdhraBAshA saMskRtABi SlEsha
(2) ucita SabdaSlEsha
(3) ardhaSlEsha
(4) muKyagauNa vRttiSlEsha
(5) ardhAnvaya SlEsha
(6) SabdAnvya SlEsha
The writer probably had fun in writing this rAGavapAMdavIyam. The reader
should definitely have fun understanding this masterpiece.

No folks! Talk about "accatenugu" or "tETatenugu" or "jAnutenugu" or
"pruDhatenugu".
No Gaussian Noise please.
No Ambiguous Equations please.
If poetry is equations, computers can write "chandO" poetry with the help of
easy easy programs. Then I will not have a job.
