Thanks to Veluri gaaru and others for this thread on caaTuvulu. I
wanted to share a poem that I found interesting- which I am not sure if
it is a caaTuvu in Avadhaanam or from Avadhaanamu and not caaTuvu!! Whatever
it is, it goes like..
Someone asked to compose a poem using all abusive words -
"ranDa, munDa, banDa, konDa", describing the glorious Seetha-Kalyaanam!
And I don't know the great soul who accomplished it as..
ranDani swaagataanjali surarshula bilcucu, penDliyaaDu raa
munDani jooci seeta kaDu pongucu cuttala palkarincucun
b(p)anDagu j~naanavruddhu janakunDu saBhan ravantayu lOtu raa
kunDa yonarce pamktirathudutsavamanda vivaaha kaaryamun !
aa padaalu Sabdataha padyamulO unnanu, arthataha maatramu lEvu.
Isn't it nice?
