yes, i am looking for the meaning of
something which i like anyway. this time it is
the annamAcArya kIrtana with the pallavi:

Emoko ciguruTadharamuna eDaneDa kastUri nimDenu
bhAmini vibhunaku vrAsina patrika kAdu kadA!

pallavi is the only part i completely understood.
and that's my problem! pUrtigA telisinaa parvAlEdu(isn't it
a straight adoptation of parvA nahI!? or is it telugu?)
pUrtigA teliyaka pOyinA parvalEdu. sagam telisi,
sagam teliyakapOtEnE, ee goDavantA :-(

i could only understand parts of the first caraNam.

kaliki cakOrAkshi kaDa kannulu kempai tOcina
celuvambippuDidEmo cimtimparE celulu,
naluvuna prANESwarupai nATina aa kona cUpulu
niluvuna piDukaga(?) amTina netturu kAdu kadA!

i couldn't even figure out the words of
the second caraNam, which has lots of "muttepu"
in it. this kIrtana was discussed long time back in scit,
probably by nAsy gAru. so, any one out there
who can help me with all this?

regards
prasad
