The prose order for my initial explanation is as follows.

hari vikramuDai, hari sutu dunumaaDi; hari sutu baricaru gaa goni; hari
viBhunaku hari madhyanu, hari raajyapadambu nicci(nicce), haripuramunakun
panice.

As already one verb 'panice' is there, I did not see the necessity of
another verb in the poem in the form of 'nicce'. This is the reason why I
felt this could be more 'appropriate' with 'nicci' rather than 'nicce' as
then there will be only one verb in the poem. (Also, I remember reading
'raama' makes 'sugreeva' a king in the ritual way in a 'guha', outside
'kishkindha' as 'raama' himmself should not enter the city having been
imposed 'araNya vaasa', and then sends 'sugreeva' to 'kishkindha' as a
king.)

Later I was thinking of the other possibility, whether 'hari puram' means
'vaikunThamu' (certainly can not be yama puramu). Of course, in our
mythological beliefs, it is an accepted concept that those killed by
'vishNu'(raama) go to 'vaikumTha', and those klilled by 'Siva' go to
'kailaasa'. If we go this way, the prose order could be as follows (with
two verbs in the poem).

hari vikramuDai; hari sutu dunumaaDi, hari puramunaku panice.
hari sutu paricarugaa goni, hari vibhunaku, hari madhyanu, hari raajya
padambu nicce.
