aatithyamu  = atidhiki eeyabaDinadi/eeyabaDunadi.
aatithEyamu = atidhiki eeya taginadi.
I do not quite know the word aatidheeyuDu. I do not
think you can make that word from such a thinking like
aatidhEyamu icchu vaaDu. At least I never heard that word.

As for atidhi and abyaagati, I understand that both are uninvited guests.
where atidhi is one whose arrival is at a random, abhyaagati is one uninvited
arriving at an event of time, for example one who comes for lunch unannounced.
The fine marking is that an abhyaagait has timed his/her appearance at your
house where an atidhi has no specific intention to catch you at a specific
moment.

To make a journey, people needed to look for auspicious hithis, and consult the
panchang for tarabala etc. So, on a day which is not auspicious for journeys
in general, householders usually expected no visitors. But some times they
got unexpected visits from acquintances for various reasons. For example, some
body may have his/her journey delayed due to poor travel conditions. They are
called athithis originally.

Abhyagati is different. You have no reason to expect him. But he has a reason
to
visit you. So he times his arrival to suit his needs. Not yours.

Thanks.
