I think the name of the software is "Vision Office" or "Vision Mudra".
The Computer Vision Laboratories(India)Pvt. Ltd. had also some software based on TeX. I don't think there is any connection between WIPRO and Vision Labs. (I know because I worked for Vision Labs)
