I think so. My memory fails to recall the name of that software.
Four years ago, the price was around Rs. 13,000/- 

I am familiar with another DTP Telugu Software developed by HCL.
It is called 'Sreelipi' and costs around Rs. 20,000/- 
Srilipi is currently used in many colleges, for example, Sri Padamavathi 
University, Tirupathi to produce news letters and articles in Telugu.
Contact any HCL dealer for more details.

There is another one from Microsense, which is quite popular in recent days.
