I am not sure whether you know about DTP software developed by WIPRO
Systems, India. WIPRO's DTP Telugu Software (Commercial) is a one-stop 
software which provides all facilities (editing, printing etc.). All you 
need a PC and a Post-Script printer.

Document preparation is quite simple but does not support RIT like style.
It uses easy-to-learn key sequences similar to Telugu Typewriting.
