I think Athidhi means one whom you invite with prior invitation(whom you
know before hand), Abhyagati means one who come without prior
announcement or whom you hardly know but when he shows up at your door
step, you just entertain. My conclusion is based on the following
sentnce.

"Athanu roju bhojanaaniki koochunemundu Intibayatiki vacchi evaraina
athidhi, abhyagatulu vastunnaro ledo choosukuni mari bhojanaaniki
koochunevaadu. Ea Rojena Okka athidhi abhyagati leni rojuna athani
manassu vila vila ladedhi".

Ika pothe akkarleni athidhini ee vidhanga kooda refer chesthaaru...

Anjaneyudu Andamaanulo addukuntu vunte garutmanthudu akkada koodaa radee
ayyi poyaadu.
Idi Andhra University joke.
