I am comfortable with mogapettanamu and aaDa pettanamu.
However, in most of my readings I come across the terms
maatRUsvaamyamau for matriarchy, pitRUsvaamyamu for patriarchy,
dhanasvaamyamu for capitalism etc. purushaadhikya samaajamu is another
term that is seen, but I am not sure that it is equivalent to patriarchy.
