Her story "Ayoni (A + Yoni - not Ayonija) has created ripples
among the literary circels two years back. It is a story of
a small girl of some 13 years old ill treated - story narrated
in first person - "If I had no yoni, no men or pusushulu
would have flocked around me, Oh God, why did you give me
this organ - yoni" is the story. Many liked it but as usual,
many vehemently criticised her.
Incidentally, she is writing the dialogues for dubbed Telugu version
of Richaerd Attenborough's Gandhi.
She is currently writingg a series of articles in "Andhra Jyoti"
weekly on feminism.
