Singapore - A university lecutrer here has developed a software which will
enable Tamil to be used on Internet making it the first Indian language to
hit cyberspace. Mr Naa Govindaswamy, a 49-year-old lecturer at the National
Institute of Education, has developed the Tamil font whoch could be used to
create or edit text on the Internet after he saw the fast pace the world's
