I don't know about kandukoori, but gurazaaDa's manuscripts are
under private custody. Visalandhra Publishing House obtained custody of
gurazaaDa's dairies etc. Some of them were published under the editorship
of avasaraala sooryaa raavu. In late 70s, puraaNam subrahmaNya Sarma led a
scathing attack in aandhra jyOti daily (on behalf of, or at the
instigation of VR naarla) on avasaraala's editorial treatment of these
papers.

Much of kandukoori's work has been published later under the
editorship of akkiraaju ramaapati raavu. However, I believe that it wasn't
the original manuscripts that he was working from, but published works
(sveeya charitra contains reproduction of one page of veerESalingam's hand
writing, and I believe that it is one of the rare samples of his
hand writing still available).
