There are dwanda's from  Sanskrit  origin  -  some even indicating the
pairs of of the same type or pairs of the opposites - Vyasa is supposed to
be an expert in these and used liberally in Mahabharata.

for example:
- bhaaryaabharthalu - tallitandrulu - sukhaduhkhaalu - maanaavamaanaalu -etc

many forming dwanda samaasas.
