Dear TelusA ethusiasts,
I was interested in getting the translation of the 'gAlivAna' short
story of pAlagummi padmarAju which won the second prize in an
international contest. I sent a message to the archive librarian of the
International Herald Tribune. (I was not really sure if it was the IHT
or some other Herald Tribune, in fact.) I got some details of the story
from the SCIT mail-archive i.e. that the year was 1956.
However, with the typical American earnestness the lady at the Intl.
Herald Tribune replied with the following message.
As you can see, she needs more specific information on the story as they
don't have issues so old on the computer and cannot search with the name
of the writer or the name of the story.
Now, can somebody please help me with the specific details that are
required for retrieving the short story?
