With the third line corrected, it is clear now.
Earlier, I took 'sampradincedamu' as the  completion of the statement. 
The fourth line then couldn't be related.

You may change the fourth line after 'anu' as 
'(anu) nammakamuna telusa naDacu gAka' or in any other way you have in mind.

(I believe in th freedom of the poet to use the words he/she likes. I am
no one to insist on a particular thing. I just reported a mistake and suggested
a modification. It's now upto the original composer to correct it.)

Does anybody have any opinions on the following?

If writers know that the poem is incorrect due to some chandas errors, how
justified is it to publicise them without acknowledging it? Isn't it
unjust towards the art? (If it is unnoticed that is okay)
