If I remember correctly, few posts ago the pooraNa for vidhavaa...
as done by mEdasAni mOhan gaaru was quoted by madhav kumar gaaru.
In that vidhavaa is taken to be a part of bhaavi dhavaa, which mean
future king( bhaavi = future and dhava = husband like bhoodhavuDu,
maa dhavudu etc.)
My doubt is we don't say deergha sumangaLee bhava to men. This deevena
is intended for women only. So it seems the pUraNa is not exactly in the
lines of our usage of this particular deevena.
Could some one throw light on this?
And I haven't seen any pUraNalu on my samasya
bhaarya prakkana chOtichchi baiTa niliche
I am really interested in seeing some pUraNas on this.
