when i tried to find a solution to the
"vidhvA! deergha sumangaleebhava yanen vibhraanta cEtaskuDai"
samasya, i thought of using sAvitri-yama dharmajula samvadam
in the pUraNa. it was pleasantly surprising to see sadAndagAru
come up with a related pUraNa. however, i was quite apprehensive
to put the words of "vidhavA!" in anyone's mouth when sAvitri
is being referred to. i thought a solution to that would be to say
that the aaSIrvacanam was made silently, in the heart of the well-wisher,
rather than loudly.

one more related "goDava" :
i could never really understand why tha should be used
in some places and dha in others. when the prAsAksharam
was "tha" in "vithavA!", i thought, this could be quite
a mess. anyway, in sadnanda gAri pUraNa, i thought that
the prAsAksharam in the second line is dha in
"vidhiyuktambuga". am i wrong?

regards
prasad
