I read,

u. nikkamu, sAhitI janani dikkulu pikkila yenta yEDce, no
kkokka kavISvarunDaTula pATalu, mATalu, rAtalandunan,
cikkani bUtulE ciliki cETunu decciri telgu bAsakin
kekkaDi sAhitI sabhalu, gOshThulu, carcalu, padya pUraNal..

Plese note that

1 first two lines have no yati.

1. There is no telugu word ( to the best of my knowledge )
"pikkila". But from the context of the line and the closeness
of letters, I think the intended word is "pikkatila". Some times
we write the same as "pikkatilla".

2. Another point. The word "pikkatil(l)a" is drutaprakritikam.
Hence yaDagama is not there; see:

pikkatila + enta => pikkatilan + enta
=> pikkatilanenta

3. The next line ends with "rAtalandunan"
As per the norms of the classical telugu grammatical usage,
"raata" is incorrect ( so called grammmya ) and the correct
rendering is "vraata"

4 When you say okkoka kavIswarundu... the words tecchiri
does not fit very well in the poem. Needs to be changed.

May I suggest, with minor corrections of corse, the same poem in
this way,

u. nikkamu, sAhitI janani yEdvaga dikkulu pikkaTilla no
kkokka kavISvarunDaTula hOruna pATalu, mATaladunan,
cikkani bUtulE ciliki cETunu goorpaga; telgu bAsakin
kekkaDi sAhitI sabhalu, gOshThulu, carcalu, padya pUraNal..
