I guess you are refering to:
A grammar of modern Telugu by Prof. Bhadriraju Krishnamurti
(of U. of Hyd) and J.P.L. Gwynn, published by Oxford University Press
in 1985. This book was discussed once on SCIT.

Also, let me take this oppurtunity to say Good Bye to one and all Telusa-ers.
I had some fun subscribing to this list at its inception. Unfortunately, its
no more the case for 'me'. If I were ever to post a message related to Telugu
Literature/Language, my beloved :-) SCIT is always there.
