Sreerama Murthy gaaru - Sorry I feel the other way around. Telusa mail -
replay to should go to telusa and not to the individual contributer. Once
I mailed using reply botton - may be at that time the reply field was to
the individual rather than telusa - and was waiting to hear from telusa
until I came to know it never went to Telusa.

Most people respond back to telusa.

Those that respond to indivuduals directly are rare and very specific.
Since these are very special, it is more advisable for those who want to
respond to the individuals to pay more attention!

Since on base of the bulk need, I feel it is better to keep the replay
field to telusa than the contributer.

These are my openions!
