A pointer towards an irrelevant post in SCIT

My apologies in advance regarding this pointer to a message not
really relevant to Telusa charter. My only reason is that I think some of
the Telusa readers who don't routinely read SCIT may find this of
sufficient interest to peruse SCIT for this one.

On August 1, I posted a message in SCIT, other Indian newsgroups
and India Discussion Digest under the heading, "IAS Officer resigns to
pursue a movement to rejuvenate Indian Republic". This post is about Dr.
Jayaprakash Narayan, whose writings some of you may have read in 1994
TANA Patrikas.

If you can't access SCIT, or need more information on this
subject, please send me a personal e-mail. Post it on Telusa only if you
think it is relevant for this group.
