Greetings
So I found it out. I found it for sure. I really know now what it is.
nAku TELISIpOyindi. After many days of fight with ego and other people
finally I found it. At least now. At last now I found it.
TELUSA ? A buddy asked me, dekho bhai, all these guys are saying 'telusa'
and do you know what is this telusa ? Oh, yes, I told him - it is a privately
circulated 'that type' magazine. From that day, he kept me on my toes sending
me emails every hour of the day. So after wrestling with him and my system
administrator, I finally got rid of him with a mail rejector. Let us digress
now a bit, another netter is interested about what is a mail rejector. There
are many, to be specific. Computer guruvulu kshaminchAli.... On my own vax
system there is one redirector which blocks mails from a specified user and
forwards the rest to me. Oh, yes you can try it. If the mail is rejected, it
would attach my sign file and sends it back else I receive them. But if you
do not get reply then it is my prerogative to reply or not to. Likewise you
can use your rights to do what you like. There is another way, to set your
mail directory not accessible to any one including yourself. So for a day
there are no mails and then you suddenly recognize that life is after all not
so very nice without emails. What if you belonged to Venkata Krishna Rayapuram
or Mangalagiri some time ago ? Now you are on the ish (information super
highway. More on this in my next post). ish ish..ish ..when people are
discussing seriously something, no noise please.
Anycase, after blocking that guy's emails I started my own search. Do not
tell him though, at that time I really did not know what was telusa ! Can you
believe that ? OK, no more PJs. Period. So I got on to the web and started
surfing, much to the chagrin of my lab mate who wanted to use that workstation.
Finally I reached a place where one could throw anything at one place and yet
people are there to receive it. I tried throwing my butt in and it went in Ok.
Next day I posted yet some other junk and called it - Indian trip and blues.
It went in fine with about 10 peoples :) responding and asking me to come for
dinner. I know, I know I am in search of free food so that I need not cook at
home. But then the strings attached were too tight and I was content with my
low fat minapa rotti I prepared at home with the idli mix and low fat (low
cholestrol of course) oil that looked like palmoline oil. And with that I
was happy to see the olymics on TV. Minapa rotti and olympics, what a life !
OK, now coming back to Telusa, I think I made it clear what is Telusa. If
it is not still clear to you, then here is a clue. Telusa is a place where
one can dump anything and 'enlighten' other people and also get enlightenment
from there (so that all these 'realized' souls will guide the next generation
into further enlightenment). Sometimes one has to work a bit more. Hmm, I mean
one has to do the same work twice. Post to all the news groups in one attempt.
And thanks to automoderation and its cyber publicity, now everyone knows that
SCIT has to be posted separately. That is all. Editing, cutting, pasting,
quoting only those lines that are necessary, following up with good sense of
humor, writing to the point and everything similar are *NOT* to be taken care
of. Neither our automoderator will do that for you. For that matter no system
administrator has that much time to do this dumb things. If he keeps doing
those, then you know where he will be, next weekend - probably at Kinkos,
faxing resumes for a fresh job.
So now you are asking me again - what is Telusa ? I have explained at length
about these things and isn't that clear ? For further details, and if you have
some more questions, I suggest you keep them to your intellectual self.
Thank you and you have a nice weekend. Regards
