                        Classes on Yoga

The Siddha Samadhi Yoga (SSY) course is a systematic and scientific program
from ancient India  practised by more than hundred  thousand  people around
the world.  It has benefitted them  enormously.  Many chronic diseases like
asthma,  arthritis,  epilepsy,  migraine,  hypertension,  low & high  blood
pressure,  obesity,  ulcers,  diabetes etc can be cured just in few days of
this practice.

Also derived are a number of other benefits  like,
    . Harmonious working environment
    . Increase in concentration and memory
    . Natural discipline in children
    . Creativity 
                
Siddha  Samadhi Yoga was also known as  Brahmopadesam  in ancient  days.  A
modern  scientific  approach to Brahmopadesam is given by Guruji Shri Rishi
Prabhakar.  He  had  a  bachelor's  degree  in  aeronautical   engineering,
graduate in computer science and a managament  degree from Western Ontario,
Canada.

Mr.  Sivaraj  Nanduri from Warangal,  India is currently  touring USA.  The
organizers of the whole program are Rishi  Samskruti  Vidya Kendra  (RSVK).
He has already given  several  seminars in Ontario, New Jersy,  Boston, New
York  and  Long  Island.  He  will  teach  Pranayama  and  Meditation  with
Panchakosa Suddhi. The earlier classes were all free of charge.
