Hi,

Caitanya Kavita, a poetry-exclusive literary journal, is being
published from Bangalore since 10 years ago. Sree Tangirala
Subba Rao, ex-professor in the Telugu Department in Gyana
Bharati, Banaglore, is its editor.

If you read Tilak's amRtam kurisina
raatri, you remember the poem titled 'tapaala banTroetu'. Well, that
postman was none other than Sree TV Subba Rao! He was in the posts
and telegraphs then!

Sree Tikkavarapu Pattabhirami Redy
(paTTaabhi, of 'pun'caangam fame) is its president honorary.

The journal is brought out three times a year. 
And there will be special editions.
There were already 25 issues brought out.

It's unique in that it comes with a poet's picture on
its cover-page. In the past, the journal has front-covered
GSS, Arudra, Somasundar, Siva Reddy, Vegunta Mohan Prasad,
Jayaprabha and others.

It publishes poems. Originals or translations. chhandoebaddham or verse-libre!

I request those Telusaers who received a copy of the journal
to add their comments.
