I may have missed discussions about jOla-paaaTalu that were featured
in movies. There are a number of these in Telugu and Hindi as well,
quite nice ones too. Would be nice to see a collection.
I leave the field open to movie afficionados, but I recall off the top of
my head:
jO achutaanamdaa jO jO mukumdaa...
paaDutaa tiyyagaa challagaa ...
and in Hindi
main gaaOOn tum sO jaaO...
sOjaa rajakumaarI...
dhIre se jaanaa bagiyan mein, ...
A query in rec.music.indian.misc should produce some results as well.
