Thanks for your suggestion. It often happens to all that a
rereading (of somebody's works) after a longtime effects a
change in our opinions. Maybe because we have grown up, mellowed.
I don't know why my not holding the stories in as high an esteem
as many of you do matters much to anybody.
I know quite a few literary giants like them (the stories).
Puranam Subrahmany Sarma garu thought they are one of the best
in Telugu.
But i don't think so.
I have said why i don't think they are great.
Please note that i only said they were overrated, not bad!
Some of them are good.
Though i am prepared to read them again, this doesn't seem
to me much will change with me.
I will talk about the stories after i read them again.
