Amaravati Kathalu are not just stories or sketches made up for filling
pages or getting name. I am sure the author 'experienced' every bit of
what he wrote, many writers any way do so, BUT any one who read will
also EXPERIENCE the same as the author. This alone makes them memorable
master pieces of modern (recent) telugu literature.
I request Sri Vasu or who ever did not have a possitive view of
Amaravathi kathalu to read them in their house, where ever they may be
again. If they come back and tell me that they have not 'seen' and
'felt' the places and feeling respectively that the author portryed in
the stories, then I will agree that the author failed in part.
