    Regarding money and inflation:

It is true you can not get great works instantly by offering money. But
the pool of money available for the literature yearly
     Rajyalakshmi Foundation 50,000
     Gnana Peetha 1,00,00
     Ugadi / Sankranti 2,00,000(all magazines together )
     Jyesta/ Gurajada/ other foundations1,00,000
     in VZM/VSP/SKL districts

( Can others add to the list of the award sums that you know of. I am
curious to see how much is being given to the telugu literature yearly. Can
this be a Crore of rupees ? )
We have about at least 700 writers and over a laksh of readers. (a very
low nuber compared to 6.6 crore population (literacy 45%)

and the others that are not known to me ...encourgaes writers, in general.
By adding a laksh or two yarly (TANA/ATA) to this pool is not really
going to cause inflation, IMHO.

As Sri.PALANA and Ramakrishna garulu said discussion on this subject
should be taken seriously for future planning.
