SRI SRI dESa caritralu - AN EMOTIONAL ANALYSIS - SOCIOBIOLOGICAL DYANAMICS

Never in the history of Telugu literature, did any poet put the facts
in such a clear package like Sri Sri did in his dESa caritralu. This is
a poetic feat and a challenge with the analysis on human history. It looked
to me that the poet came out of deep meditation looking for truth in Human
History and analyzing the entire arena of Telugu poetry. There is no work
parallel to Sri Sri's dESa caritralu. Another piece from another writer's
cerebral cortex is yet to spill over! Until then, this is a land mark!
Anything that is history need not be several centuries old. The thing
happening now will be history next minute, even for that matter, next second.
We can not ignore history. We can not read history for fun and pleasure.
We should learn lessons from history. History should be written/told for the
progressive growth human society and mankind. History should be remebered
not to repeat the same history. Unfortunately, like everything else, history
is also set to mobilize in a cyclic pathway. That is a human-driven
phenomenon. Sri Sri wants to put a total halt to such cyclic historical
events from reappearing. The other thing important here is the close
association between culture and anarchy, culture and monarchy, culture and
technarchy and finally culture and human greed to create history!

History! The glory! Heritage! The glorious lie! We all live for History.
History is born first. History dies last. History is history. History
sets us in motion. History lets us to go forward. History drags us to
retard. Do Newton's laws of Classical Mechanics fit in Hitory? May be!
Humans have cultural history, religious history, social history, historical
history, princly history, literary history, history of poetry, history of
character, economic history, history of mystery and finally the MYSTERIOUS
HISTORY. We forget that we have pre-historic history and claim that only
non-human living organisms had a pre-historic history. When it comes to
humans, when any aspect of human history aforementioned is considered, we
pretend as if we don't have pre-historic history. We came from heaven. Our
culture has links with Indra's culture. Our poetry is the most superb. Our
literature is the most purest. Our lives are pious! We are humans and
everything else is rotten trash! What a sad state of human thinking! Like
all the arbitrary stratifications in this human ecosystem, we have several
zonations and ecotone regions. The whole ecosystem of poetry is sub-divided
into several microcosms. Where do these microcosms get the sustainance? Do
n't they receive the nutrients from the macrocosm? At the cost of several
unsuccessful Homo sapiens, one successful human emerges out. Is this
two-legged, upright walking, talking, and thinking animal to be called
legitimately "A HUMAN"? Is being justice served in the cultured human
society?
Cultures come and go and they leave the traces of history. One culture
dominates another and finally kills it. One poetry tries to kill another
poetry. One form of the language tries to kill another form of the language.
One form of norm tires to eliminate another norm. In the due course, poor
souls are chewed and squeezed like a fruit in the food processor. Wild Law at
work in the cultured human society! This is not new now and was not strange
then. Darwin's struggle for existence fits in here without a nano meter gap.
The vibrant culture/society/literature/poetry feels proud at the cost of their
counterparts. Don't blame the animal kingdom! Our cerebral cortex is the
most evolved! Let us do some justification in saving our own species! Pride
is the key element for this. History and pride go in hand in hand with. For
pride, humans faught wars. For pride humans conquered lands. For pride humans
invented religions and preached meaningless and dogmatic views in the name of
Gods. For pride humans wrote sense-less scripture in un-understandable
languages. That pride left the residue - History, the un-assayable apect of
human culture. The most gruesome is Human History of the Cultured Society!

Horrible wars have had been faught to create history, the new history, the
fresh history. Blood flows like rivers everywhere. The great oceans become
red in colour with blood. For history, for a line in the historical records,
for a word in the archives, human race expends seveal millions of innocent
souls and drains their blood and spills it to make this holy soil the filthy
land. Mother earth was already holy. After the big bang, mother earth was
extremely hot. It burnt all the sins. It evaporated all the evils. It
pyrolyzed all the demons. But - did not realize that the worst of worst
demons, the humans, would set their feet on this holy land to make it unholy.
History made this land unholy, filthy, dirty, and murky! Human history and
the greed to create a new chapter in the hitorical records made this heaven
unpious!

"Man is not born in chains". Humans put other fellow humans in chains.
This is never seen in the wild. Humans put other fellow humans in life in
death situations. One successful socially dominant human will kill another
weakling thousand times a day. In the wild, the mighty king lion will kill
the prey. That is it. The prey is gone. In human ecosystem, the entire
lineage of the prey suffers for centuries. This is social justice in human
culture.

narahamtalu dhara'dhipatulai
caritramuna prasidhdhi kekkiri.
Wild horses were domesticated. Water buffloes and wild cows were tamed and
tied in our sheds for milk. The mighty bulls are even chased for fun.
Elephants are tortured in the name of cirucus feats. Is n't this enough to
satisfy human need and greed? No! Humans should have weak humans to serve
them as slaves and bonded labourers. Why! This is a historical thirst.
This is greed to create history. Look at what history of slavery and
untouchability did? For generations current and to come suffer from this
social viral inoculation and infection. Result? The slave-drivers and owners
had lived in zenith and their heirs enjoy the fruits now. History is created
now. That history is taught now and researched on for ever.

Does history know the difference between the battle fields and homes of
innocents? Did (do) history makers and creators know the difference between
the war grounds and huts? Do the mighty know the difference between blood
sheds and rivulets of tears? For them, tears don't appear because tears are
colorless. Blood will not bother them (did not also). Reddish bloody rivers
flowing during the wars inspire the mighty to create better long-lasting
history. Blood intoxicates the war-lovers! The euphoria is history!

Those who win cry outside. Those who did n't, cry inside. Families took bad
blows. Dead were great and forgotten already. If time permits, we celebrate
veterans' memorial day offering cheap garlands and flowers. At the end, in
the name of history, we have an expensive feast. Who remembers those
nameless? Who remembers those unknown warriors? Those helpless did not creep
onto the pages of historical records. Their descendants still tell us the
legends of their fathers' bravery. Yes! The historical books wishper in a
silent sign langauge about the challenges made by the weaklings in the battles
where history was the outcome for and from the strong only!

Is n't creating history a "selfish" act? Definitely! No second thoughts to
support the opinon that to calm down the thirst of selfishness, strong humans
drink the tasty life-juices of the weaklings. Selfishness is a complex
capsule which contains tightly embedded tricks, jealousies, wickednesses, and
self-imagined and self-created mental wars. What a conglomeration of dark
black box of human character, this selfishness! One can imagine what kind of
history will germinate from this complex and complicated capusule, the
selfishness! That type of history is preserved, my dear! That is human
history! That is cultural history of humans to be read for generations to
come!

No need to say who was the greatest murderer from the list Sri Sri had
provided with. In the name of history, these saitans killed several millions
of innocent individuals. Their names are glorified in the history books.
Do they see it now? Do they enjoy their victories now? Their victories
brought the decline of several cultures and elimination of several societies
from the roots. Does history talk about that tragedy?

Never in the past, never in the future, we can even try to eliminate the
cultural demarcations made by narrow domestic walls. The human society is
getting fragmented into several tiniest pieces. These fragments of the
society can not be glued together. Who talks about the communal
fragmentations? Who cares about the social peace? Let us create history!
Let us elevate our society! Our society should be on the high pedestal of the
historical books! "Oneness", "togetherness", and "unity" are the words found
in the dictionary only. There is no place for those dirty words in the
historical records.

Ignorance, hunger, emotions, anger, and other unknown and unperceivable forces
drive the lives of the poor innocent souls. Do they know about hitory? Do
they care for history? Thier history is looking for the evening meal. Do
they know that the history-makers are going (were) going to use them as pawns?
Even if they know, do they protect themselves? They are innocent. They are
made to be used in the creation of history. Which historian talks about their
hunger? Which history books speak about their anger? After all the greatest
historian calls them "Emotional Poor Souls"! They got a rating now in the
pages of historical records. Is n't a great criticism?

Now the laws come into picture. Who is the law-maker? The most brilliant
history-maker is the law maker. The history-maker is the most intelligent and
he is destined to rule the world. Hence, the responsibility of law-making is
in his hands. What a lie is this! What an illusion is this! Which historian
cares for the opinions of the common man wile these laws were made and
implemented? But, the common man afterall voted for this law-maker or served
the ruler in the past. The ruler is in the history books. What a great
justice!

Powers quarel and history originates. New seeds of history are sown while new
forces battle over. Power is the key success behind writing history.

These tricks will not be ever-lasting. The autrocities of the mighty will not
go for ever. Haves can not cheat havenots in future. Well! This is an

political ideology or a stepping stone for a new political party philosophy.
Is this Sri Sri's life long wish? Or is Sri Sri dreamin here? Hello Sri Sri!
Do you think this will go down in history? Nay! The leaders who bell the cat
will take the name. Who remebers those freedom fighters? Again, the
historians are biased. They have their own opinions. They have their
connections who distort the information. History is told before it gets onto
the books. We know what happens when a story is told from one mouth into
another year and the cycle continues.

Again! I think Sri Sri was determined to cry loud about social injustices and
social inequalities. That cry of Sri Sri is justified. Historically
speaking, it has been timely and it was timely then also. Yes! I remeber!
History books speak about this piece at places. There are historians who
cover this aspect for awards and scholarships and also honors. That is it.
The historians and hitorical researches made history out of history of the
socially downtrodden, oppressed, suppressed, chewed, and discarded. The basic
element of the human society will never change or will never be changed.
That basic element can not be located in the books of human history.
Some aspects of human nature are incorporated into the human genes. Creating
history at the cost of innocent weaklings is genetically programmed among the
strong and mighty where the faithful are sacrificed and will never enter the
books of history.

Oh boy! That is the human greed. Wars have had been faught to create
histroy. Selfishness is the intoxicating inspiration to fight the wars in
order to create history. Look! Both the winners and losers created history.
The innocent did not even make it to the border.

Well! Again some hard core truths seldom come out. Finally the whole history
is in the hands of the historian. Who is this hitorian? This historian

act of writing history is skewed.

We are told how many days it took to build this palace. Books talk about the

The take home lesson behind creating human history at a given time is -
the power, strength, money, greed, and thirst to create history being
encircled by selfishness! We usually say "Times have changed and people have
changed". In my opinion, times may have changed but humans have not changed
and will never change. The basic element of human mental setup will not
change and is not subjected to any drastic positive mutation! Humans are
humans! In one way or the other, humans try to create history - may be short
term or long term - may be on a micro scale or a global level - at the cost of
several recessive innocent weaklings.
