The account telusa-scit has been suspended because we are moving our
machines. It should be up and running in day or two. In the
meanwhile you will not be able to post to both telusa and scit. But
you can continue posting to telusa (telusa@cs.wisc.edu). Those of you
who have sent mails to telusa-scit, its possible that your mails will
bounce back. Please resend them to telusa@cs.wisc.edu. I will post
another message to the list as and when our system is up.

In short, the road to SCIT is currently blocked :-)

For the same reason some of you might not be able to access the www
archives.
