Maybe it is just that those names have been stigmatized for so long
because of the wide-spread beliefs about the acts of those people.
Don't you think a parent would think twice before naming his/her child
O.J. Simpson, despite the fact that there is no unanimity of opinion
about his actions?

As Dr. Narayana Rao garu pointed out, what is more surprising is the
fact that no one seems to use names like Gandhari too, despite her
character and actions being mostly recognized as good....
