I don't know if RTS already takes care of these symbols. Atleast that
I am not aware of.
Agreed that your objections against using ts are valid. Since RTS scheme
uses r'' for banDi ra, probably, c'' or ch'' can be used for dental ch.
By the way, what does Rachana use for representing these two dental sounds ?
