This would be a strictly one-way traffic, allowing telusa postings to
appear on s.c.i.t. telusa address need not even appear in the news
posting so people may continue the discussion on s.c.i.t. whcih is great
for s.c.i.t. or they might respond individually, and might even want to
join telusa. At least then we would not have to feel bad that we are
taking good content away from s.c.i.t. because even after the person
joins telusa, his or her postings will continue to reach s.c.i.t.
