I have been thinking along the same lines too. While the
exclusiveness (and the camaraderie thereof) of the TELUSA club resulted
in several interesting posts, it also had drawn away many of the former
frequent posters making SCIT even more of a wasteland. A copying of
TELUSA posts to SCIT may help SCIT in a small, but significant way. It
may also help draw a larger number of people to TELUSA as well.

Despite its shortcomings - which are many - SCIT has been an
interesting and useful forum. It (including its alter ego - the Digest) is
also the only globally accessible Telugu forum. In a way, SCIT is the
parent of this forum. Without the acquaintances made through SCIT, this
forum may not have even come into existence. Many friendships that I now
enjoy were possible only because of SCIT.

I feel both a need and a responsibility to keep SCIT alive,
active, and interesting. I know that many of you do too.

I would like to hear more from you on this subject.
