All those who want to exploit that "flexibility" can breathe a sigh of relief
that tenAli ramalingaDu is not around. allasAni peddana's experiment with
"amavasa niSi" met with a critical rejoinder as follows. It is a sarva laghu
padyamu with full of compromises:

emi tini sepitivi kapitamu
bamapaDi veri pucakaya tini sepito
amavasa niSi anamaTa
alasani pedana !

(This is incomplete ! Knowledgable members may complete it.)

The intended meaning of the padyam is as follows:
Emi tini ceppitivi kavitwamu
bhramapaDi verri puccakA tini ceppitivO
amAvasya niSi anna mATa
allasAni peddanA
