Isn't it mentioned on the LP jacket! The commentary was written by one
Ranganathacharyulu (?). and he also helped G in selecting the verses.

P.S. kRshNaa, does your "geeta" book contain any info. on this? The first 7
     pages (and the title page) are missing in the copy I got.
